Navigating OCD and Eating Disorders

Hello everyone, I’m a 43-year-old woman who has been struggling with both obsessive compulsive disorder and eating disorders for most of my life. It’s been a constant battle, but I’ve learned so much about myself and how to cope with these challenges. I’ve found that therapy and support groups have been incredibly helpful in managing my symptoms and finding a sense of community. It’s not easy, and there are definitely rough patches, but I’ve come a long way and I believe that recovery is possible. I’ve also discovered self-care techniques like meditation and journaling that have been great tools in my healing process. I want to encourage anyone else dealing with similar issues to seek help and know that they are not alone in this struggle. Together, we can work towards a brighter and healthier future.
