Navigating mental health with myfitnesspal

Maintaining my mental health in the midst of all the craziness going on right now has been a struggle for me. I’ve made big lifestyle changes and one of the best decisions I made was to use MyFitnessPal to help stay on track when it comes to my diet, nutrition, and exercise goals. Even on days where motivation is lacking, MyFitnessPal’s tracking features and motivational reminders help me stay focused and progress towards my goals.
