Navigating Mental Health Through Financial Struggles

I just turned 19 and I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders. I’m dealing with so much financial stress and it’s really taking a toll on my mental health. It’s hard to see a way out, but I know I have to keep pushing forward. I’ve been trying to find ways to cope, like reaching out to friends and family for support, and seeking out resources for financial assistance. It’s not easy, and there are days when I feel really low, but I know I’m not alone in this. It’s reassuring to know that there are others who have gone through similar struggles and have come out the other side. I’m taking it one day at a time, and I believe that things will get better. If anyone else is going through something similar, just know that you’re not alone. We can get through this together.
