I recently realized that I may be dealing with signs of OCD, and it’s been quite overwhelming. From repetitive thoughts to engaging in certain rituals, I’ve been struggling to manage these symptoms on my own. It’s been a challenge to navigate through daily life, as these tendencies can really consume me at times. I never thought I would be dealing with this, but here I am.
