Navigating ADHD Trauma at 52

I never realized until recently that my struggles with ADHD had deeper roots in trauma. It’s been a tough road, but I’ve finally started to address the emotional pain that has been holding me back for so long. I’m learning to be kind to myself and understand that it’s okay to ask for help. I’ve found support through therapy and support groups, and it has truly made a difference in my life. It’s never too late to work through past trauma and find healing. I’m grateful for the resources and community that have helped me on this path. If anyone else out there is dealing with ADHD and trauma, please know that you’re not alone and there is hope for healing.
