My ocd intrusive thoughts experience

Hey, I’m also dealing with OCD and intrusive thoughts, so I totally understand where you’re coming from. It’s tough when those thoughts just won’t give us a break, right? It’s like they have a mind of their own! I’ve also tried mindfulness and journaling, and while they do help, they’re not always a quick fix. One thing that has been helpful for me is finding distractions - whether it’s going for a walk, watching a funny movie, or talking to a friend. It doesn’t make the thoughts go away completely, but it gives me a little break. Hang in there, and keep refocusing your energy on the positive stuff. We’re in this together!
