Lately, I’ve been feeling anxiety take over in ways I never imagined. It’s all consuming and is wreaking havoc on my body. Physically, I’m experiencing chest pain on a regular basis, and it’s scaring me and making me feel helpless.
I’ve tried everything from deep breathing exercises to changing my diet—but nothing seems to make the chest pain go away. Talking with friends and family has been helpful, but even when they try to understand, no one really gets it in the same way that I feel.
I’m desperate for a solution that will provide relief from these physical symptoms caused by my anxiety. If anyone out there can relate or offer advice, I would be so appreciate of your words!

Hey, I’m so sorry to hear that you’re going through this. I’ve been in a similar place before, and I know how scary it can be when anxiety starts to show up physically. It’s like this endless cycle, right? The anxiety causes chest pain, which then makes the anxiety worse, and it feels like there’s no escape.
