Mediterranean diet may reduce or prevent PTSD symptoms, new research shows

I recently read an article about how the Mediterranean diet may help reduce PTSD symptoms. This is great news and I’m thrilled to see research being done on how nutrition can help with mental health. I’m a big believer in food as medicine and I believe that what we eat can have significant impacts on our physical and mental wellbeing. I’m encouraged by this research and I’m looking forward to seeing more studies on the link between nutrition and mental health. We need to be proactive when it comes to taking care of our mental health and I think the Mediterranean diet is a great place to start.
