Mediterranean Diet Linked to Fewer PTSD Symptoms: Study

I recently read an article about a study that linked the Mediterranean diet to fewer symptoms of PTSD. This is really interesting to me because I have personally seen the benefits that eating a healthy, balanced diet can have on mental health. Increasing intake of fruits, vegetables, fish, and nuts can do wonders for mood stability and overall mental well-being. It’s great to see that there is research to back up this idea, and it’s encouraging to think that something as simple as changing one’s diet can have a positive impact on PTSD symptoms. I think this is something that anyone struggling with mental health issues should consider looking into.
