Hello everyone, I just turned 54 and have been dealing with some common signs of OCD. It’s been a challenging road, but I am determined to manage these symptoms and live a fulfilling life. The constant need for cleanliness and organizing every little thing can be exhausting, but I have found some helpful techniques that have made a difference.
