Learning to Embrace Healthy Eating

Navigating avoidant food intake disorder hasn’t been easy, but I’m committed to making positive changes. I’ve been working with a therapist to explore the root causes of my struggles with food, and I’ve discovered that it’s okay to ask for help. I’ve found solace in the support of others who share similar experiences and it’s been empowering to know that I’m not alone. I’m learning to challenge the negative thoughts and beliefs that have held me back, and I’m starting to see progress. It’s a journey of ups and downs, but I’m determined to prioritize my mental and physical health. If anyone else is going through something similar, know that there is hope and help available.
