This caught my attention since I’ve been navigating some pretty heavy feelings lately. It’s strange how extreme depression can sneak up on you, isn’t it? One minute, everything feels manageable, like you’re cruising through life, and the next, it’s like the ground has disappeared beneath you.

Just talking about it, even if it’s awkward or uncomfortable, feels like a step out of that suffocating fog. It’s almost like saying, “Hey, I’m here, and I’m struggling, but I’m still fighting.”
Therapy has also been a journey for me. It’s not always easy to sit and confront those feelings, but there’s something powerful about having a safe space to unpack all that heaviness. The conversations can be intense and raw, yet they remind me that healing isn’t linear. Some days are progress, and some feel like setbacks, but I’m learning to be okay with that.
