I recently read an article about Jordan Fisher and his experience with being diagnosed with an eating disorder after losing 30 pounds. It was so eye opening and inspiring to hear him speak out about his struggles with his mental health and how he has been able to overcome it. He really emphasizes the importance of seeking help and being open to talking about your issues. It’s so important to remember that mental health issues are just as real and serious as physical health issues, and it’s something that we shouldn’t be afraid to talk about. I applaud Jordan for being so honest and open about his struggles and hope that his story will inspire others to seek help if they are struggling.

Jordan Fisher’s story is a powerful and inspiring one. It takes a great amount of courage to not only speak out about one’s struggles with mental health, but also to do it in such an open and honest way. For many, admitting that they need help can be a difficult pill to swallow; however, his example serves as an important reminder that you shouldn’t have fear or shame when seeking out support for your mental health.
I am encouraged by his story - it has reminded me that such issues should never be ignored. Mental health should always be at the forefront of our minds and we must not forget how important it is to look after ourselves and those around us. Thank you Jordan for sharing your story!
