‘It should’ve been illegal’: Customer with RedBull ‘addiction’ shares why she would never drink Panera’s charged lemonade

I recently read an article about a red bull fan who was charged $3.50 for a cup of lemonade at a Panera. I must say, I’m in disbelief at what happened. It seems like restaurants are constantly finding new and creative ways to charge customers more for simple items. This particular incident is particularly egregious because a cup of lemonade should not cost that much!

I think it’s time for consumers to take a stand against businesses looking to exploit their customers. If a business is going to charge an unreasonable amount for a cup of lemonade, then we should take our business elsewhere. We as customers have the power to make a change and we should use our collective voice to hold businesses accountable.

It’s also important to be aware of these kinds of schemes and alert other customers when something like this happens. People should know that they don’t have to put up with these kinds of practices and that they have rights. We should all work together to make sure these businesses are not getting away with these kinds of schemes.
