I recently started playing video games and I’ve been enjoying them, but I’ve also been experiencing anxiety while playing. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if they have any tips on how to manage it.
I find that my anxiety tends to spike when I’m playing competitive games or when I’m playing for long periods of time. I also get anxious when I’m not doing well in the game or when I’m close to losing.
I’ve tried taking breaks, setting time limits, and playing with friends, but nothing seems to completely alleviate the anxiety. I’m not sure if I should continue playing or if I should avoid video games altogether.
