I want to share my journey of healing from arti post traumatic stress disorder through art therapy. For years, I struggled with the debilitating effects of PTSD, feeling like I was stuck in a never-ending cycle of fear and anxiety. But then I discovered the power of expressing my emotions through art. Painting and sculpting became my outlet for processing and releasing the trauma I had experienced. It was a way for me to communicate without using words, and it gave me a sense of control and empowerment. Through art therapy, I learned to reframe my experiences and find a renewed sense of hope and purpose. I want to encourage anyone else struggling with arti-PTSD to explore the healing potential of art. It may not be easy, but it’s worth it. You are not alone in this journey, and there is hope for healing.
