As a 23-year-old woman dealing with the effects of trauma, I have found solace and support at Ekupholeni Mental Health and Trauma Centre. It’s been a difficult road, but the compassionate staff and therapeutic programs have helped me in ways I never thought possible. I’ve learned that it’s okay to not be okay, and that healing is not a linear process.
