Healing from the scars of the past

As a 19-year-old woman, I’ve been dealing with the lingering effects of PTSD for years now, and it’s been incredibly tough. It feels like the weight of the past is constantly pulling me back, and sometimes it’s hard to see a way forward. But I’ve also realized that healing is possible, even though it may take time and effort. Surrounding myself with supportive and understanding people has been a key part of my recovery.
