Healing from PTSD at 50

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with dealing with PTSD at the age of 50. It has been a difficult road, but I have found solace in therapy and support groups. I have learned that it is never too late to seek help and work through the trauma. I have also found comfort in meditation and mindfulness practices. It’s been a journey of self-discovery and healing, and I want to encourage anyone else struggling with PTSD to reach out for support. Age should not limit us from seeking the help we deserve. There is hope and healing available, and we all deserve to live a fulfilling life, free from the burdens of PTSD.
