As a 41-year-old woman who has experienced post-traumatic stress after giving birth, I want to share my story and offer hope to others who may be going through something similar. It’s been a difficult journey, but with the support of my loved ones and the help of mental health professionals, I have been able to make progress in my healing process. I’ve learned that it’s okay to seek help and that I’m not alone in this struggle. I’ve also found solace in connecting with other women who have experienced similar challenges. I want to encourage anyone who is struggling with post-traumatic stress after birth to reach out for support and know that healing is possible. It may not be easy, but with time and the right resources, it is possible to find peace and strength again.
