Healing from My PTSD

Hi everyone, I am a 25-year-old woman who has been dealing with PTSD for a while now. It has been a really tough journey, but I am committed to healing and finding peace in my life. I have struggled with flashbacks and anxiety, but I know that with the right support and resources, I can learn to manage my symptoms and live a happier, more fulfilling life.
