Healing from Family Trauma

I never thought I would find myself on a forum like this, but here I am. I’ve been dealing with PTSD from some really tough family trauma for a while now, and it’s been really hard to cope with. Sometimes it feels like no one understands what I’m going through. But I’m holding onto hope that things will get better. I’ve been working on finding healthy coping mechanisms and seeking out therapy to help me heal. It’s been a tough road, but I’m determined to overcome this.
