Healing from Birth Trauma

As a 58-year-old man, I have spent many years struggling with the trauma of my birth and the impact it has had on my mental health. It has been a long and difficult road, but I am finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Through therapy and the support of my loved ones, I have been able to confront and process my experiences, leading to a greater understanding of how they have shaped me. I want to encourage others who may be dealing with similar challenges to seek help and know that healing is possible. It’s never too late to address the past and work towards a healthier mental state. There is hope and support out there, and you are not alone in your journey towards healing.
