Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with dealing with post traumatic stress after the death of a loved one. It’s been a difficult road, but I’ve found that seeking professional help and joining support groups has made a world of difference. It’s okay to not be okay, and it’s okay to ask for help. I’ve learned to be kind to myself and give myself the time and space to grieve. I’ve also found solace in activities that bring me joy, like music and painting. It’s a slow process, but I can feel myself healing a little more each day. I just want to encourage anyone else going through a similar experience to reach out for help and know that healing is possible.
