Fueling my Recovery

I’ve been struggling with diet-related disorders for a while now, and it’s really taken a toll on my mental health. It’s been a long and difficult road, but I’ve finally reached a point where I’m ready to make a change. I’ve been working with a therapist and a nutritionist to develop healthy eating habits and coping mechanisms to deal with my disorder. It’s not easy, and there are definitely setbacks along the way, but I’m committed to fueling my body and mind in a way that promotes recovery. I’ve also found a supportive community online that has been incredibly helpful in keeping me motivated and accountable. I know I still have a long way to go, but I’m feeling hopeful for the first time in a while. Thank you all for being a part of my journey.
