Finding Strength in the Battle: Living with PTSD at 39

Living with post traumatic stress disorder has been a struggle, but I’ve found strength in facing my demons. It’s not easy to talk about, but I refuse to let it control my life. I’ve learned to embrace the good days and push through the bad ones. It’s okay to ask for help and it’s okay to not be okay. I’ve found solace in connecting with others who understand what I’m going through. It’s a daily battle, but I’m determined to win. I hope that my experiences can help someone else going through the same thing. You’re not alone in this fight.
