As a 21-year-old woman dealing with an eating disorder, I’ve found so much support and guidance in using an eating disorder workbook. It’s been incredibly tough to confront my thoughts and feelings about food and body image, but the workbook has given me the tools to better understand and cope with my struggles. It’s not easy, but with each exercise and reflection, I feel like I’m making progress. I’ve also found solace in connecting with others who are going through similar experiences. It’s comforting to know that I’m not alone in this journey and that there’s hope for recovery. I still have a long way to go, but I’m grateful for the resources that have helped me take steps towards a healthier mindset and lifestyle.
