Finding Solace Through Recovery

Hello everyone, I have been struggling with schizophrenia and disordered eating behaviors for quite some time now. It has been a difficult path, but I am determined to make positive changes in my life. I have found solace in seeking help and support from my loved ones, as well as professional therapists. It’s not easy, but I am taking small steps every day to regain control over my mental health and eating habits. I have learned to be kind to myself and to never give up hope. I know that I am not alone in this battle, and I am grateful for the resources and community here that provide encouragement and understanding. I believe that recovery is possible, and I am committed to striving for a brighter and healthier future. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me.
