As a 26-year-old woman, I have been dealing with existential depression for some time now. It’s been a constant struggle to find meaning and purpose in life, and at times it has felt overwhelmingly lonely. However, I’ve come to realize that I am not alone in feeling this way. Many others have gone through similar experiences and have found a way to navigate through the darkness. I’ve started to explore different activities and hobbies that bring me joy and fulfillment, whether it’s volunteering, painting, or hiking. I’ve also sought professional help and found a therapist who has been incredibly supportive. It’s been a slow process, but I’m starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am hopeful that I will eventually find my place in this world and make a meaningful impact. If anyone else is going through the same struggle, know that you are not alone, and there is hope for a brighter future.
