Finding Peace within Vagus Nerve Anxiety

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with vagus nerve anxiety and how I’ve found some peace within it. As a 37-year-old woman, I know how overwhelming and scary it can be to deal with this type of anxiety. But through therapy, mindfulness practices, and support from my loved ones, I’ve been able to find some relief. It’s not easy, and there are still tough days, but I’ve learned to listen to my body and give it the care and attention it needs. It’s a process, but I believe that finding little moments of peace within the chaos is possible.
