Finding Peace Within the Tremor

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with psychogenic tremor PTSD. It’s been a journey of ups and downs, but I’m finding ways to cope and manage the tremors. It’s not easy, but through therapy and support from loved ones, I’ve been able to find moments of peace within the tremor. I’ve learned to be gentle with myself and to take things one step at a time. I’ve also found solace in connecting with others who are going through similar experiences. It’s a daily battle, but I’m determined to not let it define me. For anyone else struggling with psychogenic tremor PTSD, know that you’re not alone and that it’s okay to ask for help. We’re all in this together, and there is hope for healing and finding inner peace despite the challenges. Keep pushing forward and never give up.
