Hello everyone, I’ve been struggling with anxious thoughts lately and it’s been really overwhelming. I’m 43 and sometimes it feels like I should have everything figured out by now. But I’ve come to realize that it’s okay to not be okay all the time. I’ve been practicing mindfulness and deep breathing exercises, and it’s been helping me to find moments of peace amidst the chaos. I’ve also been reaching out to close friends and loved ones for support, and it’s made a world of difference. I just wanted to remind anyone else going through this that it’s okay to ask for help and that you’re not alone. We can support each other through this.
