It’s not easy, but every small step forward feels like a victory. I’ve found comfort in connecting with others who understand what I’m going through, and I’m grateful for the support of my loved ones. I’ve learned to be patient with myself and to celebrate my progress, no matter how small. If you’re struggling with mild OCD, know that you’re not alone. There is hope, and it’s possible to find moments of calm amidst the chaos. Keep pushing forward, and remember to be kind to yourself on this journey to healing.
