Finding Peace with Anxiety and Carb Consumption

I’ve been struggling with anxiety after eating carbs for some time now, and it’s been really difficult to cope with. The feeling of unease and panic that washes over me after consuming certain foods has been overwhelming. However, I’ve been trying to take small steps to find peace and balance in my life. I’ve been incorporating more mindfulness practices into my daily routine, such as yoga and meditation, to help manage my anxiety. I’ve also been reaching out to support groups and mental health professionals to gain a better understanding of my triggers and how to effectively manage them. It’s a long road, but I’m hopeful that with the right tools and support, I can find some relief from this anxiety. I know I’m not alone in this struggle, and that brings me some comfort. I’m determined to continue this journey towards mental wellness and peace of mind, one step at a time.
