Living with PTSD has been a daily challenge, but I refuse to let it define me. I have struggled with panic attacks, insomnia, and a constant feeling of fear. Finding the right support and resources has been key in my journey to healing. I’ve found solace in therapy, support groups, and meditation. It’s not an easy road, but I am learning to cope with my triggers and finding peace within myself. My hope is that others struggling with PTSD know that they are not alone and that there is hope for a brighter future. Together, we can overcome this and thrive despite the challenges.
