Living with panic disorder can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to share my experience with treatment in hopes of inspiring others. After struggling for years, I finally found a treatment plan that works for me. It hasn’t been easy, but through therapy, medication, and self-care practices, I’ve learned to manage my symptoms. I want to encourage anyone going through a similar situation to not lose hope.
