Finding Peace in the Night

Some nights can feel like a constant battle against anxiety and panic attacks. As a 51-year-old woman, I never thought I would be dealing with these symptoms, especially in the middle of the night. But I have found that reaching out for support and learning coping mechanisms has made a world of difference. It’s not easy, and some nights are still tough, but knowing that I am not alone in this struggle has been a source of comfort. If anyone else out there is going through something similar, please know that there is hope and help available. Let’s support each other through these challenging moments and find peace in the night together.
