Finding Peace in PCT Therapy

I just wanted to share my experience with PCT therapy for PTSD. It’s been a challenging road, but I’ve been able to find some peace and clarity through this treatment. I know it can feel overwhelming at times, but I’ve found that being open and honest with my therapist has really helped. It’s okay to feel vulnerable and scared, but I’ve also realized that it’s important to be kind to myself throughout this process. I’ve found comfort in connecting with others who are going through similar experiences, and it’s made me feel less alone. I hope that anyone else going through PCT therapy knows that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and it’s okay to take things one day at a time.
