As a 31-year-old woman dealing with anxiety, I’ve found that it can be a constant battle. However, I’ve also discovered that there are many ways to manage and cope with it. From therapy and medication to mindfulness practices and breathing exercises, there are various tools that have helped me navigate through the challenges. I’ve also learned the importance of self-care and setting boundaries to prioritize my mental well-being.
