Finding Peace in Just Right Obsessions

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with managing just right obsessions at the age of 42. For the longest time, I struggled with these overwhelming thoughts and feelings of needing everything to be just right. It felt like I was constantly on edge and it was affecting my daily life. But through therapy and support from my loved ones, I have learned to find peace in the midst of these obsessions. I’ve discovered coping mechanisms and techniques that have helped me to navigate through these challenges. I want to encourage anyone else who may be going through something similar to not lose hope. There is light at the end of the tunnel and with the right support, it is possible to find peace and manage just right obsessions in a healthy way. Hang in there, you are not alone.
