Finding Peace in Healing

As a 23-year-old woman beginning the first stage of trauma treatment, I want to reach out and connect with others who may be going through a similar experience. It’s been a challenging road, but I am grateful to have found a supportive mental health nonprofit that has guided me towards healing. While the journey has been difficult, I’ve learned valuable coping mechanisms and have begun to see a glimmer of hope for my future. I want to encourage others to seek help and never underestimate the power of healing. Together, we can find peace in our hearts and minds.
