Hello everyone, I have been struggling with anxiety and insomnia for quite some time now. It’s been really difficult to manage my thoughts and emotions, especially during the night when I can’t seem to quiet my mind. I’ve tried various relaxation techniques and meditation, but I still struggle to find peace.
