Dealing with the anxiety and discomfort caused by IBS can be incredibly challenging, especially as I navigate my 50s. It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions, but I’ve found some ways to cope that I’d love to share. Additionally, seeking support from loved ones and seeking professional help has made a world of difference.
