Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my struggles with managing 10 different stress disorders at the age of 25. It has been a daily battle for me, but I have found solace in seeking professional help and surrounding myself with a strong support system. Through therapy, medication, and self-care practices, I have been able to slowly regain some sense of control over my mental health. I have also found comfort in connecting with others who understand what I’m going through, and I encourage anyone else struggling with stress disorders to reach out for help.
