Finding Peace After War

As a 47-year-old man dealing with post combat stress disorder, I know the weight of carrying the memories and emotions from war. It’s not easy, and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed at times. But I also want to remind you that there is hope and healing on this journey. I’ve found incredible support through therapy and connecting with fellow veterans who understand what I’ve been through. It’s important to remember that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. There are brighter days ahead, and you’re not alone in this struggle. Keep pushing forward, and know that there is peace and healing waiting for you.
