The experience of pregnancy and childbirth should have been a time of happiness and celebration, but instead, I found myself struggling with overwhelming emotions and feelings of fear and anxiety. It’s been a long and difficult road, but I am determined to find peace and healing. I’ve been seeking support from therapists and reaching out to other moms who have experienced similar challenges. Slowly, I am learning to manage my symptoms and find moments of joy in motherhood. There are still tough days, but I remind myself that I am strong and resilient. To any other women out there dealing with postpartum trauma, you are not alone. There is hope and help available, and it’s okay to ask for support.
