Finding Peace After Post Disorder Stress

After years of struggling with post disorder stress syndrome, I have finally found some peace. It’s been a long and difficult road, but I have learned so much about myself and how to manage my symptoms. I’ve found that regular exercise and meditation have been a huge help, as well as talking to a therapist. It’s important to find what works for you and not be afraid to ask for help.
