Finding Peace after Occupational PTSD

As a 53-year-old woman, I have been dealing with occupational PTSD for several years now. It has been a difficult journey, but I have found ways to cope and find peace in my everyday life. Through therapy and the support of my loved ones, I have learned to recognize my triggers and develop healthy coping mechanisms. I have also found solace in activities such as yoga and painting, which have helped me to release my pent-up emotions. Although there are still bad days, I am grateful for the progress I have made and the strength I have gained along the way. For anyone else struggling with occupational PTSD, know that you are not alone. With the right support and determination, it is possible to find peace and healing.
