Dealing with post traumatic stress disorder after my divorce has been incredibly challenging. I have found it difficult to trust again and to overcome the fear and anxiety that lingers from the trauma of my marriage falling apart. However, through therapy and the support of my friends and family, I have been able to make significant progress in my healing. I have learned to prioritize self-care and have found solace in meditation and mindfulness practices. While there are still moments of struggle, I am hopeful for the future and am focused on finding peace and joy in my life once again.
