Finding peace after a traumatic birth

As a 32-year-old woman who has been dealing with PTSD after a traumatic birth, I want to reach out to others who may be going through a similar experience. It’s been a long and difficult road, but I’ve started to find small moments of peace and healing. It’s okay to take things one step at a time and to seek out help and support when needed. I’ve found that talking to a therapist and connecting with other women who have gone through similar experiences has been incredibly powerful. Remember that it’s okay to take breaks and to prioritize your mental health. I’m here to offer support to anyone who may be struggling, and I believe that with time, patience, and the right resources, we can all find our way towards healing and peace.
